At Blush, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return, exchange, and refund process to ensure your peace of mind.

Return & Refund Timeline
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To return an item, it must be:
- Unused, unopened, and/or untested.
- In its original packaging with all original seals intact.
- In saleable condition, as when purchased.
Faulty Item Returns
If you believe an item is faulty, Blush will accept returns and offer a refund, exchange, or repair. This applies if:
- The item is faulty or not of acceptable quality.
- It’s not fit for its intended use.
- It doesn’t match the description or tester.
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund, replacement, or exchange. We’ll also cover return postage if applicable.
Return Postage for Faulty Items
If an item is deemed faulty or incorrect, Blush will cover the return postage costs. We will either:
- Provide a prepaid postage label for the return (where applicable).
- Reimburse reasonable postage costs if you return the item via a trackable service.
Proof of Purchase
All returns, refunds, or exchanges require the original receipt or order confirmation (for online purchases).
Change of Mind Policy
If you change your mind, you can return the item for an exchange, as long as:
- You have proof of purchase.
- The item is in saleable condition (unused, unopened, untested, with tags and seals intact).
- You request the return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
- You cover return postage costs, which are non-refundable.
- The item wasn’t purchased on sale (sale items are final sale and cannot be returned due to change of mind).
Exceptions for Change of Mind Returns
We cannot accept returns for:
- Gift cards/vouchers
- Sale items
- Nail polish
- Hair care products (shampoo, conditioner, etc.)
- Personal care items (e.g., makeup brushes, sponges)
- Unsealed cosmetics, fragrances, and beauty tools
These exceptions don’t apply to returns under the Consumer Guarantee.
Return Process
If you are returning an item via post, please ensure it arrives in the same condition you received it. Returns should be carefully packed to avoid damage during transit. If the product is damaged or not returned in acceptable condition, Blush may refuse the exchange and return the product at your expense.

- Carefully pack the item to avoid damage during transit.
- Blush does not accept responsibility for items until they are received in our warehouse.
- Use a trackable or registered service for your return to ensure it is safely delivered.
- If the item is damaged or not in saleable condition, Blush may refuse the exchange and return the product at your expense.
Note:
- Unless agreed prior, exchanges are not offered for postal returns.
- If an item is returned without prior consent for an exchange, Blush may refuse the exchange and return the product at your expense.
Recommended Shipping for Returns
For safe returns, use a trackable service (e.g., Registered Post or EMS). If we don’t receive your returned item, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Final Discretion on Returns
If we don’t receive satisfactory proof of purchase, we reserve the right not to offer a product exchange for change of mind returns.
